Grooveshark
An online service and web-based application used for sharing music within a community of music lovers distributing DRM-free MP3s across a p2p network. Also rewards you for sharing, reviewing, and discovering new music.

grooveshark indemnifies themselves, put users at serious risk of prosecution and are not being straight with users, read their EULA!

scott, you’re right.  all of the blame is placed on the user if something were happen to go wrong.  I liked the idea a lot and wanted a service like Grooveshark so I found rvibe.com.  All of the music on the rVibe software is 100% legal because it is all licensed by the record companies.  They have a screening process on their software that clearly lets users know what can and can not be sold, so the individual user can never get in trouble.  Check it out, it’s fun and interesting...www.rvibe.com
