Meetways
What makes more sense than to meet in the middle? Fledgling web app Meetways helps you do just that. Enter your address and a friend's address, and Meetways locates the midway point on a Google map. Add a search criteria (i.e. "coffee") and you'll see coffee shops in the vicinity of the midway point.

I just tried Meetways and it really is cool, I figured out I was driving extra miles to go see my friend that lives in Studio City, we now have a new meeting location and we can always change its type bylooking for other cool spots using Meetways.com. Thanks!

I just went to Meetways and realized they now offer their service in 27 countries.  I think it will be a great resource for traveling and for people living in those countries!  Love this service!

I love MeetWays.com I use it all the time especially when I have to drive to Nevada to see my little sister I can stop halfway to LA and halfway to Nevada for lunch in the places I want, plus for my local meetings down here in San Diego and I don’t have to drive the extra miles. Go Green Projects! go MeetWays.com Thanks for the post! the site looks great!

Just went to MeetWays and they have added an iPhone app!  I just downloaded it and met a friend halfway between where I was and her location for dinner.  The iPhone app makes it even more convenient!
