OutOfPocket.com
Find out how much people in your area actually pay for out of pocket medical expenses. OutOfPocket.com is a grassroots initiative that wants people to reveal the true cost of routine health care services in order to create meaningful competition among providers. Millions of consumers know how difficult it is to find out how much a service will actually cost before the insurance bill arrives, and millions more have no insurance and must pay the full cost regardless. OutOfPocket.com wants people to know what to expect before they schedule their next visit.

Matt - Thank you for reviewing OutOfPocket.com!  We are hoping to encourage as many consumers as possible to participate and share prices they paid for routine health care services.  If enough people participate, consumers will have created a very powerful price directory to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions for health care services.  Pass the word along.  I welcome all comments that you would like to share with me on this initiative.

We are currently working hard on the next release that will include many new features and enhancements to the site.

Best, Mona Lori, Principal, OutOfPocket.com
