OutOfPocket.com is a grassroots initiative that wants people to reveal the true cost of routine health care services in order to create meaningful competition among providers. Millions of consumers know how difficult it is to find out how much a service will actually cost before the insurance bill arrives, and millions more have no insurance and must pay the full cost regardless. OutOfPocket.com wants people to know what to expect before they schedule their next visit.
