Reframe It
A web application "that makes writing in the margins of the web as easy as writing in the margins of a book." Allows users to directly comment on the content of any web page once users download the free Firefox or Internet Explorer Reframe It browser extension. The extension allows users to highlight any content -- words, sentences, paragraphs or images -- to which they'd like to respond with a comment. Comments appear on a separate, coordinated web page that does not alter the content of the page that is being commented on.
