Down2Night.com launches for San Francisco and Seattle

own2night.com launched this week with Seattle, San Francisco, and Tri-cities, WA for the alpha version. Roll-out into other major cities across the nation will follow as popularity and feedback pour in.”
Here the features we just launched into the newest SF version:
- Added San Francisco with 150 spots
- New Badges showing how many people are subscribed, number of upcoming events, and number of messages
- Add messages, reviews, discussion to Spots on down2night
- Get “My Spots” flash widget of your favorite spots to put on your Myspace profile, personal blog, or website
- View your spots on a Google map to plan your night
- Upload your profile image that shows up when you add messages
- Added simple date chooser when adding events to a spot
- Mashup and integration page added with XML feeds for down2night spots for developer use
down2night - Allows users to subscribe to a SMS text message service to notify them of events/specials at their favorite bars, clubs, restaurants. Establishments can upload their calendar of events, music performances, promotions, etc. Launching for Seattle, WA initially. (added to eHub on Jan 26, 07)
