Stylehive releases hot new features, including grid views, a hive flash badge for your blog or MySpace, and wishlists.

Cool New Views of the Hive - Grid Views

The Stylehive has added new feature called “grid views”. This view enables you to see many bookmarks more quickly and it’s one of the best ways to surf for products to “quick copy”.

This view shows you all the “most recent bookmarks” grid view:

These two views show you what is most popular “Today” in the hive:

New Flash Hive Badge for Blogs and MySpace

The Stylehive badge is all about self-expression!

For bloggers or people who would like to share their finds on other sites, the Stylehive has released a new Flash badge.

You can choose between a Flash badge or a Javascript badge. The Flash badge lets you choose a vertical or horizontal layout which shows up to six images at a time.

The badge works with our site and allows you to display pictures of your favorite products on your blog or website. Just bookmark your favorite gadgets, fashions, books, accessories, and trends and then tell the widget which tag to display. You can show a rotating stream of your favorite images from all your bookmarks, or from specific tags like “fashion” or “shoes”. It’s easy to set up and your readers will love it.

This new badge will work on other social sites like Myspace. This new Flash version of the badge has some new transitions and customizable features, so be sure to check it out and create your own flash badge.

New Wishlists Feature

Just in time for this holiday shopping season, the Stylehive has released a new set of “wishlist” features for hive members.

If you’re not a member, register here.

Here are just some of the things you can do with wishlists:

Use the wishlists as a shopping registry for weddings, showers, birthdays, parties or anniversaries
Build gift lists for friends and family for the upcoming holidays
Share the wishlists with other friends or family over the web or in email
“Quick Copy” your friends wishlists and then edit them for yourself
Build your own wishlist and share it with friends and family, so people know what to get you this year!

These new features will make it simple and quick to create and add great shopping finds to your “wishlists”.

To add a bookmark to your wishlist, just look for the “add to wishlist” buttons anywhere in the hive. Click on the button to add to or create a new wishlist.

To share your wishlist with friends, simply click on the wishlist on your “my bookmarks” page and email the page to friends. Get your friends and family to join the hive if you want them to be able to comment on the items in your wishlists or start building their own wishlists.

To see, edit and share your wishlists simply go to your “my bookmarks” page.
