Netdiver, created by the extraordinary Carole Guevin, is a digital culture magazine that’s been going strong for over a decade. It’s “one of the pioneering new media portals devoted to tutoring, empowering and stimulating creativity as well as excellence in design projects by the international community involved in the design industry and beyond.” Carole writes: “Ideacodes is an award-winning strategic design consultancy in San Francisco who create social applications, concept-driven websites, web products, integrated marketing, and sustainable technology solutions and was co-founded by Emily Chang and Max Kiesler, a multiple-listing Netdiver alumni.” Thanks to Carole for the honor.

eHub gets listed in PC Magazine’s list of “sites that cover the Web 2.0 revolution” and their Top 100 Undiscovered Web Sites, which includes “...picks for the top new or under-the-radar sites of 2007. You may not know many of the sites on this list, but you should.”

On eHub, writer Brian Heater says: “We’re still trying to figure out how she does it, but somehow Emily Chang manages to get wind of every Web 2.0 app long before the rest of the blogging world does. Her synopses are short and sweet, which is just fine, given the frequency with which she updates her page. eHub has been doing a bit of branching out recently, too, adding interviews, job listings, news, and events.”

eHub is listed along with sites such as Kiva, Programmable Web, Musicovery, Techmeme, Cork’d, All Things Digital, DownloadSquad, Ninja Words, Mashable, Meebo, and Remember the Milk. See sites that cover the Web 2.0 revolution and Top 100 Undiscovered Web Sites.

In Idea To Execution: The Team Behind Twitterverse at Wired’s Epicenter blog, Adario Strange writes: “Snooping around the web I found this interesting early idea sketch from the creators of Twitterverse (see below). Over the weekend I got in touch with web designer and Twitterverse co-creator Emily Chang of Ideacodes for an explanation..."I did the sketch in March as my partner, Max Kiesler, and I were debating a Twitter mashup called Twitterverse. It’s an experiment we’re doing in our free time to mine and archive the public timeline show popular words and phrases from Twitter.” See the post at Wired.  You can also see other news at the Twitterverse blog.

Ideacodes is pleased to launch our first release of Twitterverse, a mashup and a visualization layer that mines and archives the public timeline of Twitter and provides a visualization of the most commonly used words in a given time period.  Twitter, the hot new product by Obvious, is a “sophisticated, device-agnostic, social message routing system that nobody realizes they need until they try it,” as Biz Stone so aptly described. Twitter has rightly taken the web and blog communities by storm in the last month.
